In an Iron Age village eight youths must be
sacrificed every five years to a bloodthirsty
monster, the Minotaur. Seen as a god, the offerings
are lowered into the Minotaur's vast labyrinth
beneath the palace to face the beast... and their
death. Haunted by the loss of his love in a previous
sacrifice, Theo sets out to prove that she is still
alive and to finally end the savage tradition.
